Time to say farewell to my beloved Gabbiano. She is going to a new owner in NC. She will stay in my slip at Flag Harbor Marina while repairs are done to his marina. Both a sad time and one of relief knowing she will be cared for. I have Loved my time sailing the Chesapeake bay for over 30 years, but...

It will depend upon the Coriolis effect and the steering winds. I read book by a meteorologists that devastated Texas. Jerks at the National Weather Service thought the Cubans were incompetent. The Cubans told the NWS it was coming into the Gulf. Why are some folks so arrogant?

I bought a 1974 Evinrude and a 1974 Johnson 2hp, 2 cycle outboard motor. Converted to solid state ignition and start right away, even when there has been rain.

From what I know about the 1984 CD30C, the holding tank is under the engine. The is a long black hose running back to the toilet. I think Cape Dory blew it with this design. My holding tank is under the v-berth.
