CD 27 ice box deviders
Greetings. This is to those of you with 27s. Mine came to me without the icebox dividers/shelves. I have acquired the two horizontal, fore and aft selves, but now need the vertical divider that supports these shelves. Could someone take a picture of this or even better make a tracing/template of it ...

Considering a tablet to install something like Savy Navy. I'm not familiar with tablets, and wonder if any of you have any recommendations. Does one have to be in WiFi range for them to be useful? My Raymarine chart plotter is 20 years old and I also carry paper charts, but this new stuff seems inte...

I think that hey are original from 1977 and have never been a problem. They are a little narrow for the 3/8 line that I use. I think that origina...

No picture , but in Bullock Cove, East Providence RI, there are a 33,30, 2 27s, and 2 Typhoons. Probably at least a couple at Cove Haven in slips.
Good and popular boats!

CD 27 for sale (not Mine)
Check out Facebook Marketplace for a CD 27 in Vinyard Haven for $7500.
Not mine, just passing it along. Seems like a good price.

Re: Zinc Chromate Paint and Barnacles 2022 results
Tried the Rustoleum product again this season, had half a can left. Dove on the prop in July and had to scrape off barnacles. I think I'll try the wax this year, can't be much worse.

Re: Anyone added a bowsprit on a CD27?
I have CD 27 hull #35. Weather helm comes early and I put in the 1st reef. Reduces heel and doesn't seem to affect speed. Sometimes put in the reef before I leave the mooring. It's always easy to shake out . There are a few 27s that have a bowsprit from the factory, only seen pictures of them. Seems...

Sailing my 27 out of Bullock Cove in E. Providence. Frequently in the Hog Island, mouth of Mt. Hope Bay area. Do you have a sail number displayed? Mine is 35. Will watch for you.

I googled Alberg designs and found that he has 56 designs in his portfolio. Most of them just are "Alberg" and the length. You can check them out at sailboat data.

WTB Port handrail CD 27
Greetings all, Long shot here, but thought I would try before acquiring new teak and making my own. WTB, port handrail for cabin top of CD 27. Stb will probably do but mounting holes are different. If someone is parting out a 27 or knows of someone who is. With the cost of teak it is probably cheape...
