You should have a regulator in there.

The Mercury should have a basic, internal regulator in the alternator. Look at the owners manual. With that said, dont get fancy on the battery it charges or start trying to add batteries. Shipping prices are not linear.

UPS and FedEx have a minimum charge, just for shipping a package. Think of it, like getting into a cab, where as soon as you get into the cab, the meter already has a fare on it. If deeper, what about dragging a grappling hook? In six feet of water, I did retrieve another's boathook, that they dropped overboard. I knew...

Its pretty much NOT the same show

Yes, it has boats and the other stuff, but its only HALF the size as the past two years. The show only filled half the BCEC. Bummer, what a letdown.

Also, do a search in the archives.

A number of people, including myself, have replaced their 12v panels. Everything from premade panels, to fabrication from scratch.

Surprised that,

no one from Florida or the West Coast made a comment about how great the sailing is.

You are dividing by a number, greater than two

What about various other facial hair??? There are the various forms of moustaches and chin growths. You have the unshaven look. Anybody out there have side burns and want to chime in?

I agree with Larry DeMers.

Have the same connector, for about teh same length of time and have had no issues with it. One item to be careful with, watch what cable you use with the plug, the exit hole seems a little small and is round.
