Re: Origo fuel canisters wanted
I have two canisters you can have for the charge of shipping. They are in like-new condition. Send me a PM if you're interested. Unfortunately, I won't be back to my boat until early July.

Re: Old Growth Teak
I'm guessing no one on this Board really knows the answer to this question given that most of our boats are 40 years old. Can you give some context to the question? Are you looking for a source for new teak to affect a repair? That's a different question and a lot depends on your physical location. ...

Re: CD 22 Questions...
Search the archives. Bly Hartley has posted how to safely step and unstep a mast using an A-frame and gin pole. I can't add anything to what Bly posted, but I can point you in the right direction. I'm not personally familiar with the CD22, but from your description it doesn't sound like you have an ...

Thanks for the follow-up. My former CD25 looked nothing like what your photo showed. Something must have changed between 1974 and 1977.

Save the Date - 2024 Maine Cruise
The Northeast Fleet 2024 Maine Cruise will be from August 4 through 9, 2024. We will begin in Rockland and will cruise the Penobscot Bay central islands and Merchants Row. We are still working out the exact itinerary. More details to follow.

Re: CD 31 1985 Chinook for Sale $39,000
I actually saw and photographed Chinook off Pemaquid Pont last summer. I have always admired the CD31 and I was fortunate enough to sail to Nova Scotia as crew on a CD31. Good luck with the sale!

Re: Carl Thunberg elected CDSOA Commodore
Thank you, Fred and thank you all who were present at our first virtual Annual Meeting last night. I don't know how many people know this, but Fred with help from others, basically resurrected CDSOA from the brink of extinction. I inherit the office of Commodore with CDSOA in good financial and lega...

Re: Pictures from Newicks Lobster House
As the others have said, we had a great turnout on Saturday. Here are a couple photos of the group. Yes, the CD stickers are available. Send me a PM and we can get one to you. As for the lobster, I can't say. I had fish.

We have 60 people registered for tomorrow! As much as we all like to socialize when we get there, food service for 60 is going to take a while. Remember, we all order off the menu. Please bring your patience and be prepared to order food shortly after arrival. Then we can socialize.

Re: CD 27 propeller nut assembly
That is an adapter that fits your prop zinc. You can order a new adapter with a replacement prop zinc. There is no trace of the old prop zinc. How long has it been gone? I have attached a photo of mine for illustration purposes. Also, there is paint specific to propellers. I don't believe convention...

Re: Northeast Fleet Cabin Fever Lunch - March 9
Joe, Andy signs every book, even when ordered through the website. Not that I want to discourage in-person attendance, but if it's a signed copy you are after, you can get that through his website. Just thought you would want to know. Also, just for everyone's information, CDSOA has no involvement w...
