Hatch slide
If your hatch is getting hard to slide open and shut try some Armorall on a cloth. Works great and the hatch slides easy. Don't get it on the deck though or you will slide.

On our 30 c we have
2 in forward cabin, one wall strapped,one below bunk.
2 in the Galley area.
1 below vanity in Head compartment.
1 starboard cockpit lazarette.

CD 30 water tanks
Does anyone know the dimensions of the CD 30s fresh water tanks. My boat had them removed when I bought it. I've only had flex tanks on it. I want to go back to hard tanks.

After changing the stuffing I decided to maintain the current set up. A failure seems more manageable with stuffing. Less all or nothing. The tube is wire reinforced Heavy marine exhaust tube. Not sure why it was set up this way. I will consider the use of single tube. I ill look closely at it next ...
