What hose can be used for the seacock in the head locker in the CD30?
That seacock is for the overboard discharge from the holding tank. The barb on the end makes it about 1 5/8 in diameter, and I can't get the Shields 148 hose (1 1/2 in ID) over it, even when heated.

I plan to get a bimini top and add side flaps to my CD30. Has anyone done this, and do you have pictures you can forward? Are there any problems that have to be anticipated?

Who has experience with adding a third battery to the CD30? I have a True Charge 20 that can handle a third battery. Where to install?

The steel fuel feed lines from the pump to the injectors are weeping and need to be replaced. Tightening down on them does not work. My mechanic tells me that Volvo no longer makes or inventories them. Does anyone know where I can get a pair?

I either have to repair my existing pump or swap it out with a reconditioned unit. Anyone know of a souce for reconditioned units?

A mechanic who is not familiar with the MD7A says that he sees a fuel leak from the injector. He is asking for pump specs and diagrams and Volvo is not responding. Please provide any advice and/or specs/diagrams, and your experience that might be helpful.

What's the best material to use to refinish the bow pulpit on the cd30. It appears to be oak. Stain? Varnish? Other?
