The yard managed to find a pulpit on Long Island. I ended up installing it myself. Just a trust issue.
Thanks to all who sent PMs. So far back on the water is a good thing.

Needed CD25 Bow Pulpit
The yard just trashed the bow pulpit launching my 25. A bit of inexperience and the slings slipped.
When it hit the bulkhead the pulpit took the damage and at least not the bow. Otherwise I’d be soon sailing another boat. Any available for sale?
Thanks

Re: Is there a Trade possible? CD25 for a Typhoon
Chris, I happened to have seen Jack and the Dock master only yesterday. I've kept all my CD's at the harbor on and off through the years. Great deal if you live long enough to get on and off the wait list. I also know Anne and Chris at Guilford Boat Yard. Can not recommend them enough! Currently my ...

Is there a Trade possible? CD25 for a Typhoon
I would like to ask if there is anyone interested in trading a CD Typhoon for my CD25. After years of great sailing our 25, my daughter recalls our early years with Typhoons. For multiple reasons "some people" feel a return to the smaller size would be best. If this raises interest; please...

Re: Sydney harbor close call
I have sailed that harbor. Those ferries are Big and they have the right of way. They seldom make concessions. As soon as they see you and determine that you really are a danger to yourself, they start blowing their horns. Nothing more disconcerting then looking aft and seeing this large island bear...

This one may be too small. You need one that's just right. I'll check upstairs.

Effective height of entry
I've loaded a few containers; some by mechanical means some by hand. The most important point is the height of the entry. On a forty footer it is best to estimate the entry point at 93 1/2 " and that is with a horizontal loading level. If you are loading from a dock you need to be able to enter...

Currenting making a set on order
I am currently making a set to send to Australia. I expect them to be picked up by mid July. If you wish to jump in, send me an email and we'll work out the details. I have an original template from one of my previous Typhoons. I can also customize them if requested.

There is one for sale on ebay right now. Not that I'm trying to be a schill but I'm actually selling it.
