Any of the retail teak cleaners and teak brighteners ( starbrite/West Marine..) have always worked well on my weathered teak through several CD's and I do not ever recall there being an issue with the fiberglass .. a very light hand rub of 120 grit before the cleaner/brightener seemed to help get ri...
