Re: My Typhoon Sank Last Night
hello everyone- it has been an enormously frustrating day. the marina was completely under-staffed and woefully under-equipt to deal with the issue and nothing got decided upon or resolved by the time the low tide was coming in and it was too late. i called sea tow (just to see) and they said they w...

My Typhoon Sank Last Night
My 18' Typhoon Weekender sank last night in the marina, in Stony Point, New York. The marina reported over 5ft swells and high winds- and they lost two boats. They report worse damages than during hurricane Irene! Does anyone know what to expect from a situation like this? are cape dory's easily rep...

about 3 feet of the teak tow rail on my typhoon was broken off this winter. does anyone have any tips on where/how to replace it? this doesn't seem like something you can just walk into a store and get fixed or ever really fix yourself...? help! (i have attached a photo)
