Replacing a main sail for a Typhoon Weekender
Can anyone recommend a sail maker that has replaced their mail sail for a Typhoon Weekender?

Try Sailrite
I sewed up my own mainsail for my Typhoon eight years ago for about $500. I was very happy with the sail. It was standard cloth with two sets of reefs. Look them up at Sailrite.com It was great project I did it on my home machine.

Where are you located - if near SE Pa I could recommend a good sailmaker and also think Sailrite has a good rep if you're inclined to try it yourself.
Good Luck . . .

From UK City Island it was about $1000 for main-loosefooted, one row reefpoints, insignia and draftstripe, and jib.
