My Cockpit drains on my CD 28 are clogged with leaves. Having never worked with seacocks before, I could use some advice as to the best way to clean them out.

Then go to the hardware store and buy two aluminum drain strainers and cut to size. At about $2 each you can prevent the leaves from entering the drain.
