Nav station needed an slight upgrade. ICOM VHF and SSB, Raymarine Axiom 12 and GPS.

Some other upgrades: House battery bank, charger and inverter; windlass; electric head.

The smaller aft winches are used for an asymmetrical or roller furling lines, if and when necessary.
