Nav station needed an slight upgrade. ICOM VHF and SSB, Raymarine Axiom 12 and GPS.

As one of those with an original electrical panel, complete with mostly original wiring, I'm in awe of yours.

inspiring to see a great outcome. What are the smaller winches aft handling ? I want to remove my club foot as well

The smaller aft winches are used for an asymmetrical or roller furling lines, if and when necessary.
