Re: Here we go again
Mike, Capt. Hook, Ethan Grey, Wikakaru (Jim), Gonesail, David and all those along the La., Miss., Al., Fl. Gulf Coast:
I used to complain during every hurricane season if we had even one storm come near us. I can't do that anymore after this year's Gulf storms. What you guys have endured this season is one for the record books. My hat is off to you; hopefully, next year will be better for you guys (just not, in exchange, worse for us in Florida. )
Good luck to all of you. You will be in my thoughts next Wednesday.

I'm getting tired of these reruns.
Seems Nola keeps being in the bullseye.

Yep! Sure looks that way... at least this beast is moving along and shouldn't grow much across the Gulf.
I also think you should do some very careful searching so you can remove that bulls-eye that's got to be close by???
Hope all goes well for you!

Should I feel better?
Jim Cantore is in or headed for Gulfport.
Hope he takes Zeta with him.

However, that puts us just a bit closer on the bad side
I'm not worried though as KAYLA is still in her H-hole

Re: Here we go again
This is a Weather Channel NEWS FLASH alert
There has been a tentative citing of Jim "The Hurricane" Cantore in Biloxi, Mississippi at 1900 hours today, Wednesday, 28 October 2020.
Captain Hook, my guess is you probably do not have electric at this point in the storm. When you do get to read this, please know that my thoughts are (were) with you, your family and friends.
Fortunately Zeta is moving very fast at 24 mph. She will gone soon.

Hope they get your power back soon. Currently stats are over 450,000 customers without power.
And, of course, the "hits just keep on coming...": If it truly develops, it will be in the same general area Zeta came from.

Re: Here we go again
Mike, you’re getting to be as troublesome as Roberto.
They say lightning never strikes twice. The same cannot be said about hurricanes. Lake Charles got hammered twice. I think it was Laura and Delta that made landfall about fourteen miles and four weeks apart.
