Rare 1984 Cape Dory 270 in excellent condition.
Traditional Cape Dory quality and seaworthiness.
A big boat in a small package and ready to go cruising.
Hull # 7 of 21 built. USCG Documented vessel
Cutter Rigged with 2 Roller Furlings

LOA: 27’3” Beam: 9’5” Displacement: 8380lbs
Draft: 3'/7' with full keel & centerboard Mast Height: Approx.43’

Accomodations: Walk-thru
Large Vee Berth forward with filler to form a double berth. Below the berth there are two drawers and cubbys for storage. Teak chart storage cabinet above vee berth .To the port is the head with standing headroom. Opposite the head, on the starboard side, there is a hanging locker and two additional drawers.
In the main salon, there is a teak table with flip-up leaves. Settees are on both sides of the cabin with custom cabinets behind. The port side cabinet is lined with cedar. There is more storage behind the back rest of the both settees. The galley is located on the starboard side where there is plenty of storage. There is a aft berth on the port side. The instrument panel is located behind the ladder. When the ladder is removed, there is easy access to the engine.
