Interesting companionway drop board. Is it one piece, two, nine?

Re: 1978 Cape Dory Typhoon Weekender $4500
Jim,
Thanks very much for your inquiry. I have owned the boat for almost eleven years. It was in the water two or three summers for approximately four months each summer and experienced no core problems.
Also, I know of no blisters in the hull or cabin compression. The wood appears to be original but I have no
way of confirming that.
With the two new tires and wheels on the trailer I would not hesitate to pull the trailer 500 miles. The trailer lights work and it pulls straight.
If you have other questions please email or call me at 423-400-3406.
Thanks for your interest in my Cape Dory and have a good day.
