spartan seacock & thru-hull fittings for CD25D
Hi:
First timer in this Forum. Just got my first S/V, a 1983 CD25D Hull #109 named Juno. Bought it in Tortola BVI and sailed it to Puerto Rico this last August.
I need advice regarding the dimensions (specifications) of the spartan seacocks & thru-hull fittings for Juno, particularly for the intake water, the scuppers and sink. Thanks

Was this the one that was sitting on the hard in sopers hole for several years? If so I am glad it was sold and bought, as I never saw it splashed or get used.cjrs472 wrote:Hi:

Did you stop in Culebra on your way to PR? There is a 25D in Culebra that a fellow named Laurence lives aboard (forgot his boats name). Certainly someone you could swap tips on the boat with (he has sailed it far and wide).

seacock
I have been on the board for about 10 yrs. I would call Spartan ,they are very helfull and knowledgble....it will save you a lot of time..by the way dont dont dont]expect the waste hose to just jump back on the valve fitting ..some yards use a tool to heat the hose up and expand it so that it fits..seems a 3/4 fitting is actually 7/8 or so ..I had a *&^&^^* of a time getting my new hose back the head seacock..

Same issue
I too had a very tough time the the sanitary hose. You would not believe what all we did!I had a *&^&^^* of a time getting my new hose back the head seacock.
Anyway, when i replaced the scupper hose, I had the same issue, so I just went to 1 5/8" hose. Don't know if that would work on the head hose, but it did on the scuppers and it would it would be well worth the $$$$$$$$$$ if you can do the same on head hose!
We hope to see you in Havre de Grace
