Main haylard location.

Hey Russ.
The clevises on the halyards are tied on. not a factory type fixed loop. I will replace them as soon as I get this mess worked out.
If the main is to be starboard & jib to port so be it. I will put it back to right. One thing I did not check was how easy the starboard line worked with out the main attached. but it never seemed hard to raise in the first place, It just will not go all the way to the top.
The wife & I have both talked more about this and we agree on what we saw from deck level. if you look up the back of the mast the port line is just off center, the starboard is further away from the center. ( x o x )

I am going to try a couple of things, first and foremost go up and take a look (with pics) or plan B. take down the mast.

Boy if I was 27' tall this would be easy. Maybe stilts.
