The Cape Dory Board

I'm currently looking into purchasing a new roller furling unit and 150% furling genoa for my CD 25. I've gotten a good price for a Hood Seaflex furling system and sail. I'd like to install the furling unit myself and do it without taking down the mast, but I'm not sure what I'm getting myself into....

I bought a 1978 Cape Dory 25 last year. Part of the gear included a wisker pole, but I don't see where to attach it on the mast. There is no hardware that I can see for this purpose. Can anyone tell me what to look for and or what hardware I need to install for this purpose? Thanks.

I'm a new owner of a 1978 Cape Dory 25 and would like to remove the mainsheet block and tackle for winter storage. Can anyone provide info on how to remove this?
