In Florida. Why are you selling the boat? Pics?

I am looking for boats which have been well cared for by their owner. I have owned both boats in the past, cruising extensively in the CD 27 (plus living aboard for many years). On the 25, I prefer the later model with opening ports.

Tuck in a reef and balance the boat by adding / reducing headsail area. Apply just enough vang to keep the boom under control and the leech trimmed.
