Recently hauled my boat home for the winter and decided to measure the mast length. I was expecting 30' but the measure was shy of that by a few inches. Anyone else have a measured length for their TySr mast?

I'm going to be trailering a new to me Ty Sr and would appreciate any advice regarding trailering with or without the 6HP outboard mounted in the lazaret well. I'm guessing it should be removed before trailering for a 500 mile ride. Thanks for any thoughts.

Prefer one ready to load and go down the highway, but will consider any that could be upgraded to road worthy condition.
I have a quote from Triad for a new one, but would like to save a few dollars for the boat if possible.
