What part exactly? The tiller fitting to the rudder post? Or the tiller itself wiggling in tiller fitting? A while back I just used a very thin stainless washer and it’s been fine since.

It tends to fall over and get in the way of me sitting back along the teak board just ahead of the traveler when i'm under sail. not an issue when motoring.

many online outboard sellers are simply the online store of a brick and motor marine store. ask if they have a store and call Tohatsu to see if they are an authorized seller... fwiw....call ur local Tohatsu dealer and ask their price. what they may tell you is "buy outboard from defender"....
