Would anyone have or know the torque specifications for the bolt tightening sequence on the gearcase cover for the above engine? I need this info ASAP if possible at all. Many thanks in advance.

Make sure you measure first the length of the PSS seal vs. the length from the coupler to where the shaft exits the hull... on my CD-33 there is not enough space and I could not install the PSS dry seal. Before you buy it, make sure it fits.

Tom, it took us five hours just to remove the cover, it was quite an ordeal and of course, the bottom bolt, the one hardest to reach, was frozen and broke off, the old gasket with permatex made it almost impossible to separate the cover from the rest of the engine so you can imagine what it took to ...
