Repower 21 Year Old Cape Dory - Chesapeake Bay

I have checked previous posts on this subject and not found an answer to my specific question - so here goes!

Can anyone recommend a good yard to commission Cape Dory 31 repower job? Please describe knowledge or experience for recommendation.

Something Solomons and north would be best.

I have the engine and transmission out of my CD 31 as we speak. I'm having the seals replaced to fix nagging leaks (oil pan, rear main seal, etc.) I have the Universal M25 diesel and the mechanic is going to look at the motor and assess whether a rebuild or repower is needed.

Hi guys.... I have a 1981 Universal Atomic Diesel 5424 Model 30 that needs some parts, especially the frong gear case cover. If any of you have this same engine, I would love to buy it from you and pay for shipping to Miami. Please let me know. I am currently also dealing with the oil leak from the bottom of the gasket, which I just replaced, and it still leaks!
