DaySailor Question/Point Jude ??
Good Morning to All, First a quick note to say the Gulf Coast Fleet is doing well. We just had a big crawfish & shrimp boil that was terrific, thanks to our two Majic Chefs, Mike & Lefty. But I want to ask if anyone is familiar with, or has SAILED, a daysailer named Point Jude. 15.5 ft. Ther...

Fortress F 16 for sale
I have a Fortress F16 that I bought new, and now I need a smaller anchor, like the Guardian 7 (trade?). Also a SOSpenders Tether, model TEH 1001, 6ft single line, that is still in the pouch. I'm thinking $110 for the anchor, and $35 for the tether. Also another 6ft tether, with large SS Snap hooks t...

CD30 For Sale
Just an update. This is not a project boat. All standing rigging was changed by PO. Running rigging. Doyle Main, 130 headsail, all in fine shape. Interior cushions replaced. Universal engine removed, gone through, sandblasted & repainted in 2004. Lewmar electric windless installed last year. etc...

Cape Dory 30C For Sale 1984 #311
Well friends, it is time for us to seriously consider selling our beloved CD30. She's a fine craft, with lots of recent goodies, including AC/Heat Pump & electric windless. I sail her as a sloop rig, but readily converts to the cutter by just pining the inner stay. Many who frequent this board k...

CQR 20lb.
Hi Everyone
I have a 20 pounds CQR that I don't need. I painted it bronze, to go with the CD30, but I've never used it. I'm thinking $120, plus shipping, which I have no idea on.
Thanks,
Chuck

CD27
Hey NewSailor,
Having had a 25, the comfort level of a 27 will be wonderful. The 27 is said to be the best sailing Cape Dory. That's a quote from Will Keene, owner Edson Intl. who was with Cape Dory way back when. 7k is a terrific price. Check
the compress under the mast.
Cheers,

New Year's Day Sail - Galveston Bay
Good morning Everyone, We had our first sail of the year yesterday, and the day was beautiful. The day started cold and overcast, but as forecasted(imagine that), it cleared off, the sun came out, and that tough north wind layed down some, bring down the chill factor. There were five of us from Pier...
