The Cape Dory 26 is an exceptionally well suited family cruiser. She's a super sailing, quality-built yacht with a value packed base price.

The CD26 has a tall rig and large foretriangle, making her especially powerful to windward. Below decks her interior is spacious, well-ventilated, and easily accommodates four adults plus gear.

The Cape Dory 26 features a built-in motor well, providing easy, close by access for the helmsman plus a safe, dry place for a 15 h.p.outboard. The concealed outboard retains the design integrity of the CD26 with her graceful sheer, moderate overhang fore and aft and low trunk cabin with bronze ports.
