Typhoon trailer for free (almost)

Post by Richard Smith »

I am negotiating the purchase of a Typhoon. The boat is near Annapolis on a trailer.

The boat will be stored and sailed out of the Gateway Marina in Brooklyn N.Y. Flat bush Avenue near the Marine Park Bridge. 250+ miles away.

I own a VW New Beatle. There is no way I can tow the boat back to New York.

If the deal works out I would need to move the boat prior to the 15th of May.

If anyone would be interested in hauling the boat to Brooklyn and sticking around until the boat is in the lift slings I would be willing to give him the trailer in exchange for his time and effort..

Sounds like a great offer! But have you thought about renting a U-Haul to pull it to your berth?
