She looks in good shape in drydock. What advice can you give on verifying condition of the boat before buying. Is it common for a surveyor to inspect first? Will parts, replacement sails (if necessary), trailer be a problem to find? Any troubleshooting suggestions from experienced owners? Thanks in advance for your help.

Dave,
Check the deck at the chain plates. If this area is not flat, this is a good indication the rigging has been over tightened and the deck house is being pressed downward with more force than the small supports can handle. Great boat and you will certainly love it.
