Has anyone come up with an idea on how to keep rain out of open port holes on the 33CD?
Some sort of removable overhang?
I've been trying to figure out what, if anything, could be attached or placed over the top of the porthole, extending out far enough to keep the rain from coming in.
Any ideas would be most appreciated.
thanks,
mike

Mike,
Don Casey has a book called something like "100 boat improvements" where he describes a awning made out of sunbrella. The awning attaches via bolt track which could be place below the teak eyebrow. On the ouside the awning attaches to the stanchions or life line. It looks like it would work good in keeping the rain out at anchor but a bit of a pain to walk forward as you would need to step over the attachemnts.
