Wind speed limit when towing a Ty?

Hi all, I am going to be towing our Typhoon Weekender in the next few days. It is extremely windy here in the Twin Cities, gusts to 38 mph.

My question is this - at what point do some of you feel that the wind speed is too much to safely tow? I am using a Jeep Liberty (great vehicle by the way) that weighs in at about 3500 lbs.

Any opinions will be appreciated.
