I put Pettit's water based Aqua Clean on my CD25D's bottom last season after sanding down to a clean surface. No growth after 6 months in LI sound. The surface is smooth and no signs of the old redcoat showing through. Any thoughts on how to prep for before repainting this spring? I had hoped to avoid the hastle of sanding each year.
