CD 36 dimensions

I am in the process of building a trailer / cradle for my CD36 and am in need of the following dimensions:

- height of boat from bottom of keel to top of coach house at highest / lowest points

- length of mast. specs show 46.5'but do not state if this is above water or length. I need length when laying down.

- where is exact center of weight from stem to stearn (empty of water)

I am most gratefull to anybody who can supply me with this information. Robinhood Marine didn't seem to want look it up. Thanks.
