CD 14 How much is one worth?

I have a nice CD 14 and would like to know how much a boat like this is worth.

Last saw one for sale asking $1500. Immaculate on a trailer. As a sailboat I'd say it's worth about $150(doesnt like to tack and likes to ship water over the gunwal when heeled).As a rowboat......$800. Rows great....just about 3 times heavier than neccesary. I greatly prefer the 10.
