Recently was able to purchused a used "SHORELAND'R" single axial sailboat trailer at very good price. Currently trailer is configured for a typhoon senior. I want to reset it for a typhoon weekender. Anyone know how to do this? Anyone one have any info on the trailer or the company that you could share? Is the company even in business any longer?
Thanks in advance,

Re: SHORELAND'R TRAILER
Hi Les,
I can't answer the practical questions about your modifications for a Typhoon. I Believe that "Shorland'r" must be one of the 2 or 3 largest boat trailer manufacturers going. I have had 2. The one I have now was purchased "bare" and modified to fit my odd boat. Their address is:
Midwest Industries, Inc. Ida Grove, Iowa 51445, phone 712 364 3365. I don't think you have to be concerned about the reliability of the basic trailer but a close inspection of any modifications are probably in order. Of course past maintenance is a question. If there are several boat dealers in your vicinity one or two of them will be a "Shoreland'r" dealer.
