My mast and boom are badly pitted. The entire boom and the bottom 4 feet of the mast. Does anyone know what replacement cost would be? Or is used an option?

Contact RigRite. They have replacement booms and masts for the Ty and will give you a quote. Their web site is www.rigrite.com.
