Missing sink drain & spin halyard block.

The drain to the sink is missing on SHWEEGO, CD25. Nothing but a hole. Can I go pick up a drain at Home Depot or do I need something special? There is some hose lying about under the berth, so I think I am OK from drain to through hull. I just need a couple more clamps.
I also think I need some sort of block for the spinnaker bail to run the halyard through. I am using an all rope 3/8" halyard. Can you recommend a block and shackle size. Please be specific, I'm a little new to this outfitting and commissioning stuff.
