Well, if anyone else got ripped off by Sails4Free, you might want to kinow that you're not alone. The current issue of "Soundings" has an article on the business and its practice of cashing checks and debiting credit card accounts, then failing to follow through on delivering the sails.
If you're interested in filing a complaint, you can do so with the Fla. Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (http://doacs.state.fl.us/consumer/ccform.html or 1-850-488-2221) or with the Dade County Consumer Protection Office (1-305-985-4780).
