Metal fabricators for swim ladder

Would anyone be able to recommend a good source for either repairing or replacing the swim/boarding ladder for my CD30? Preferably in the Massachusetts/Rhode Island/New England area. I've tried to contact Ocean Engineering in Conn. but their telephone number is no longer in service, and my e-mails sent to their web site have gone unanswered.
Any suggestions would be most apppreciated.

one on my Intrepid 9M and it is a well made piece.
