Swim Platform

Hello,

I am thinking about putting a small platform off the stern which will also have the motor bracket incorperated into it.Yes the ladder will be a fold up type the whole thing is going to be custom made.Does any one have any kind of input about this or what you have used.Both my wife and I are divers and it seems to me that a ladder hanging over the side will be a pain in the !@#$% to use.Again any input would be accepted.
