I'd like to re-bed the mainmast step on my cd30 ketch. Has anyone
done this? What will I be getting into?

No big deal if yours is like our 1977 cutter.Just 4,1-1/2"x1/4" machine screws hold the plate to the maststep support.

That easy, huh? Sounds like those bolts are threaded into the
support bracket instead of seperate nuts/washers/etc.. I was
expecting to have to tear into the overhead to get to the nuts.
