FYI,
I have mailed artwork to Roger Winiarski at Bristol Bronze for all of the plates that have been ordered thus far. Artwork for additional models can now be done in a few minutes if I am available. I may just do the rest of the models in a weak moment and send them off too.
Have a great holiday.

Re: Builders Plate Artwork
On behalf of the rest of us who are artistically challenged, who harbor longings for such plates and who have been too distracted to do anything about it . . . thank you.

Re: Speaking of Builder's Plates
Hull number builder's plates for the following Cape Dory models are now available: CD14 Handy Cat, CD30 and CD32. Bristol Bronze is currently in the process of fabricating the castings for the CD330 and the CD25D. They should be completed by late-December 2000.
Ken, thanks for all of your hard work.

Re: Speaking of Builder's Plates
A further update. I have completed artwork for all the plates I can without some further knowledge. Can anyone tell me how the plates for the following differ from the "standard" plate (see Catherine's photo of some time ago):
Typhoon
Typhoon Senior
30MkII
and all the powerboats?
I assume that there is only a difference in the model, but I would like to confirm the nomenclature used.
Also, if someone can send me a copy of the 10 and 14 plates, which are rectangular, I can probably pull some artwork together for those as well. Are there others that aren't on the list at
http://www.toolworks.com/capedory/ccdoinfo.htm
??
Thanks,
Ken

Re: Speaking of Builder's Plates
Ken,
There was a post some time ago about the builder's plate for the CD25 being different, with an oar on it instead of the half hull. I can't add anything since all that is left of "Lucille's" plate are the screw holes where it was mounted. I have not seen the CD25 plate listed as available yet but I am looking forward to it whichever style it turns out to be. Thanks for all the effort on the artwork.
