After several attempts to make contact with company they finally sent (in my opinion) a poor quality, single stitched jib. It looks like amateur work to me. You be the judge---if your sail/cover ever arrives.

Don't pay the charge

This is why credit cards were invented. If the merchant doesn't perform, just call your credit card and refuse the charge. The merchant will receive a charge back AND a fee.

"the sail is in the mail"

I also ordered a "free sail". I sent them an e-mail last week requesting the status of my order. They responded, saying the sail should be here this week. We shall see?

Be Very Careful with those credit cards on-line. Sails for Free did not have a secure server site. Some call it an SSL. You should only submit your info when you are dealing within such a connection. You can gennerally tell if the http changes to https.
REAL e-commercer guys use security for your protection.
