For sale 1986 Typhoon Senior

I want to list my Typhoon Senior for sale as age (77) is affecting my usage. I pulled her from the water in January for a bottom job and general maintenance and I decided to sell instead of having her out back into the water. The vessel is a 1986 22.5 ft Senior, hull number 45. She's equipped with a galvanized trailer, 6 hp Mercury 4 stoke, Simrad tillerpilot (not installed), 3 coats of ablative bottom paint, roller furling, a full cover for storage on the trailer, sail cover, bimini and a dodger-that needs serious mending or replacement. The main and jib were replaced by PO 2018 and are crisp I estimate to have 90% of life left. This spring I had the jib restitched where needed and the sacrificial cloth replaced. The trailer is roadworthy with new tires (2023) has little rust. No repairs are needed. I really hate to see her go but she needs to be used. I'm located near Brunswick, Georgia. Do you still have your Typhoon Senior as of 9/9/24? I just donated my Ericson Independence to a sailing club at Lake Martin as it was too much boat for me to single-hand. I had a Typhoon when I was younger and loved it. I'm looking for a Senior which would live at Lake Martin near Dadeville. Would love to see pictures. JRR
