1986 Excellent condition, cutter rigged for single handed sailing, new sails, re-powered with Yanmar 30 hp diesel in 2010. Many improvements including, electric anchor winch, cabin heater, hot water tank, furlers for both yankee and staysail, mainsail mast track, Garmin chart plotter and radar, custom made winter cover. Has been a steady and reliable sailboat, cruised up the Maine coast for 2-3 weeks every summer for past 10 years. No deck or hull structural issues. Could use a bit of varnish and paint, but otherwise, ready to go back in the water.
