Yesterday was the first time in the three years I've owned Arietta that I was able to do a photo shoot of her without an ugly outboard hanging off the transom. Here are a few of the pics.

Yes, Alberg sure knew how to draw a pretty boat. To my eye, the work he did for Cape Dory was among his best. Of course, it doesn't hurt that over the last two winters Tim Lackey did a complete exterior cosmetic refit and she is looking as good as new.FarrellTed wrote:That is a beautiful boat!

What a difference it looks sailing engineless! I couldn't help noticing the similarity between Goose Rocks light and Spring Point light in South Portland. Separated from the same spark plug package at NAPA?

There are several similar ones in the Cheasapeake, too--Hooper Island and Sharps Island, I believe.
