The Good:
New rigging
New roller furler CDI
New Jib
Newish main.
New halyards.
The Bad:
No engine and no trailer.
I can only provide a bill of sale as I sailed her on and off the mooring and didn't need to register. If you want to put an engine on her (she has the bracket) I can try to help you get her registered.
The Ugly:
She had some deck rot, which is fixed now (injected epoxy) but topdecks needs to be painted.
About 20" of the teak rubrail is missing on the SB side midhips, and there is a 3" portion of gelcoat that needs to be refilled.
Brightwork needs to be completed.
Overall she is a structurally sound boat with a few thousand in new gear. You could sail her away right now. I'm selling her because I just bought a bigger boat and don't have time to finish her. She's on the hard at a marina located on Eastchester Bay near City Island. The yard that lets you do all your own work. If you want to keep her there - you'll pay $500 for the summer and about a $1000 to haul her out for the winter.
