I am putting NANCY DAWSON, a 25D, on the market after 24 years of ownership. Currently on the hard in Shady Side, MD, she will be readied for a spring launch and commissioning on or about May 1, 2021. Planned pre-launch maintenance includes de-winterizing and exterior teak touch-up. This will be the second year for the multi-season ablative anti-fouling, but I will add paint in a few areas. Everything works; she is in sail-away condition. A Walker Bay 8 dinghy is included. Lacking immediate buyer interest, she will be slipped in Shady Side for continued family use on the Chesapeake. The asking price is $14,500.
Details and photos follow. I am also preparing a more detailed conveyance list in Excel format:

Re: 25D NANCY DAWSON for sale
Hello Bruce,
Your boat is very nice! If she's still available, I'd like to talk with you by phone. I'm new to this message board, have been waiting for a nice 25D and thought that I successfully emailed you yesterday in response to your posting. However, I didn't receive a copy of the outgoing email and suspect that it's lost in cyberspace, so I'll try again.
My family and I live in Decatur, GA. We owned a Typhoon in 1986 and several other boats until recently. Boat-less now, but still fond of the 25D. If I'm fortunate to purchase your boat, we would probably move her initially to Lake Lanier, about an hour NE of Decatur. We hope to eventually relocate (back) to Raleigh or Oriental, NC.
I'm could meet you and Nancy Dawson in-person by mid-April.
Thank you,
Charles Matthews

Nice looking boat.

Beautiful inside and out.
If I had not bought a Typhoon a year ago, would scoop this up.
