1978 18ft Cape Dory Typhoon Weekender Sailboat

I am the second owner. She sails like a dream, but we no longer have the time to sail her. I want her to go to a good home.
Extensive deck refit done in 2016-2017 (completed December 2017). Incl. new portlights and some new hardware.

Sails:
• New custom mainsail (2017, Kingston Sail Loft, Kingston, Ontario)
• 105% Hanked on Jib (2004)
• Asymmetrical Spinnaker (2006)
• Custom Genoa (2007, Super Sailmakers, Ft. Lauderdale)
• All sails have sail storage bags
• Sunbrella mainsail cover and Jib foredeck sail bag

Equipment included:
• Original cushions
• Bulkhead mounted steering compass
• Lewmar anchor with chain and rope rode
• 3 mooring fenders
• Small hand bilge pump
• Boarding ladder
• Complete set of mooring lines (New England brand 3-strand prpremium nylon with custom eye splices with anti-chafe in the eyes)

Bottom paint is in good condition.
Includes 1978 EZ Loader Trailer with launching tongue, new tires in 2016 (low mileage), bearings repacked in 2016.
Owner’s manuals for boat and trailer.
Yamaha 4HP outboard (model F4SMHA), low engine hours, like new, includes user manual and shop service manual, external fuel tank, and lifting strap.
