FYI: If you update your profile, people will be able to email through the message board without you publishing your email address world-wide...
  • Click 'User Control Panel' in upper right area
    click 'Profile' on left menu
    click 'Edit account settings' in the drop down menu
With a valid email address in your profile, the 'email' button will be displayed in your postings but not your actual address.
