When you compare the cockpits (size and layout) Of the CD-33 and CD-36, are there any diferences? Someone told me they are identical.

Cockpit size (CD-33 vs CD-36)

Re: Cockpit size (CD-33 vs CD-36)
Paul,
Take a look at http://www.yachtworld.com. You can search for boats, and there are pictures of a lot of them (that's where I found mine!). You will find cockpit photos of the CD33 and 36. The major difference in shape is that the CD36 has the T shaped cockpit, while the CD33's is a slightly tapered rectangle (OK, it's a trapezoid). I'm not sure about the dimensions, but it looks from the photos like the CD33 might have more room.

Paul,
Not all CD-36 cockpits are T-shaped. Not up through #84 anyway.

Re: Cockpit size (CD-33 vs CD-36)
Ken - One additional note to confuse the issue. The CD33 and earlier CD36 had the original CD cockpit design, while the later CD36 and the CD330 shared the "T" design.
Paul - Sorry to say that a clear answer is not possible. The "T" design was advertised as allowing greater space and freedom of movement in the cockpit. I can not confirm nor deny these remarks as I only know the layout of my CD330 - which works well.
Good Luck,
Chris
